In July 2019 the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills were proclaimed UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. One of the most important attractions to Villa Abbazia is the Strada del Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene (The Prosecco Road of Conegliano Valdobbiadene): this itinerary allows wine connoisseurs to organize wine-tasting adventure to the numerous Prosecco wine-cellars around the town of Follina.

Ride through the prosecco hills, UNESCO world heritage. A selection of itineraries accessible to everyone, a guide will lead you through the roads forgotten by traffic with beautiful views, endless rows of prosecco, ancient villages and the most daring climbs as breathtaking as the Passo San Boldo.

Apart from the famous Prosecco wine-tasting tours, visits can be organized to other less known wine-cellars whose wines have significant character, like Il Colli di Conegliano Rosso, a blend inspired by the classic Bordeaux grape. You might recall Manzoni Bianco, invented in 1930 by Professor Giovanni Manzoni, who taught at the first Enological School in Italy which was located in Conegliano, and referred to as Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 and the Colli di Conegliano Bianco, two alternative white grapes.
